Are you a fast growing FinTech company? Aware of the need to foster a diverse and inclusive culture in order to drive innovation and serve your customer base? Unsure of how to keep this on track as you scale? Then this workshop is for you.
Your company culture has never been more important - it is increasingly your brand, increasingly transparent, and increasingly regulated.
Making up your culture are behaviours ranging from the good, to the bad and the ugly. There are usually numerous ways in which the good is collected, and many companies have HR policies in place to handle the ugly. But the everyday instances of inappropriate behaviours and unconscious bias are often overlooked- yet these are key to an establishing the culture you want.
We’ll use case studies to explore why this is more important now than ever, and look at how FinTech companies can leverage practical Employee Voice tools to identify & tackle ‘cultural bugs’ that may be damaging their diversity efforts.
Participants can expect to:
Discover practical tools to help keep their culture on track - we’ll deep dive on Employee Voice and Unconscious Bias
Explore what processes and tools to introduce and when
Look at case studies of leading examples and traps to avoid
Who are we?
Rosie & Raj are the co-founders of InChorus, a third party platform to anonymously tag, measure, and address instances of everyday bias. For employees logging an incident we provide resources to support their mental health, wellbeing, & develop resilience. For HR teams and Heads of People, we provide aggregated data showing trends and where problems may be emerging - empowering them to take action sooner.
We believe that prevention is better than cure and are working with progressive companies to build cultures where employees thrive.
As a team, we bring empathy for the pain points of growing companies- we’ve started, scaled, and supported organisations (Raj’s background spans 1 IPO, 1 large exit (£100m+), 1 cash-cow and both Raj & Rosie have worked in corporate innovation with startups). We’ve also consulted in the Diversity & Inclusion space around technologies that can help resource-tight companies build more Diverse & Inclusive organisations.
